We didn't come from Silicon Valley. We came from the work itself: processing documents, keying data, catching errors at the end of a long shift. We know what it looks like when a back office is running on duct tape, and we know what it costs an operation when that breaks down.
That experience shapes everything we build. Forsyth Automation creates practical software, websites, internal tools, data automation, and custom automations for small businesses dealing with real operational drag. That can mean document-heavy workflows, disconnected spreadsheets, manual data entry, customer tracking, product planning, and tools that do not fit the work.
We build small and we build deliberately. Every engagement starts with a tightly scoped problem, not a sprawling platform sale. And we never build something that removes human judgment from the loop. We don't think software should make the final call alone.
We're also building the kind of company we'd want to work for. Forsyth is on a long-term path toward an Employee Ownership Trust because we believe the people doing the work should have a stake in what they're building.
